Kidtropolis' Community Giving Program

Throughout the year, Kidtropolis believes in giving back to the community. For the holiday season, we wanted to take the opportunity to educate our kid campers about how we can help others that are less fortunate in our community. We decided to partner with like-minded individuals, The Good Guys, a youth-led organization, and St. Alban’s Church Outreach Program. Both organizations are non-profits who are powered by amazing volunteers. These events will be part of our Community Giving Program and will continue throughout the year.

This year, our kid campers will learn about communities that may be struggling and who need a helping hand. That’s where our little elves will get to work and assemble sandwiches that will be distributed to the Downtown Eastside and throughout our Richmond community. This is a great educational opportunity where kid campers understand how communities can lend a hand and help each other. The bonus is that kid campers can actually make these sandwiches knowing that they will be enjoyed later on. It’s a great feel good moment!
