PLAY BY TIME TICKET ENTRY - GENERAL ADMISSION

Arrive at the scheduled time on your purchased ticket. Once you arrive, you are welcome to “imagine” the day away. Most guests spend about 2 hours at Kidtropolis. Last timed ticket entry before close is at 3PM, walk- ins are still accepted after 3PM.*

*We accept walk-ins at the door subject to capacity availability. We recommend pre- purchasing your ticket to guarantee your spot!

**Upon purchase, Monthly Play Pass and Loyalty Card Passes will be available for pick-up at the World of Kidtropolis front desk. Loyalty Cards and Monthly Play Passes cannot and will not be mailed to purchaser. Loyalty Card and Monthly Play Pass should be treated like cash, it is non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen.

Purchase of a Monthly Play Pass entitles pass holder to 30 days of UNLIMITED drop-in play from date of purchase. Pass not valid for special events, kid camps, after hours events or birthday party packages and cannot be combined with other offers and is non-transferable. Photo verification will be required at each use. Pass will expire as of the date written on the front of the card.

• Admission prices include unlimited timed play for the date of purchase in our facility and access to our jungle gym and miniature pretend town. No in and out.

• Our facility has various electronic ride-on toys and toy vending machines throughout the play area that require additional monies. Those machines accept $1 and $2 coins.

• Signed waivers are required at our facility. You can complete the waiver online here prior to arriving.

• SOCKS ARE MANDATORY IN OUR SOFT PLAY JUNGLE GYM.

OUR POLICIES

• Pre-purchased tickets are non-refundable.

• GST will be collected on the above prices.

• Prices are subject to change.

• We reserve the right to refuse and revoke admission.

• Guests exhibiting any rude or inappropriate behaviour towards other guests or staff will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds or credit issued.

• In and out privileges are not permitted.

• Outside food and drink are not permitted. Check out our cafe for delicious menu options!

• Please respect our illness policy. If you or your child is sick, please come when you are feeling better! Kidtropolis requires all parents and guardians to maintain supervision of their children at all times.

• Guardians need to be a minimum of 15 years old. Children must be supervised by accompanying adults.
