We’re excited that we can see our little friends again! We have been continuing to clean, putting safety and health measures in place, and training staff on our new protocols in line with guidelines set by our local government and health authorities. To control the spread of COVID-19, we will resume operations with certain health safety protocols in place; please read our plan.

BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Drop in play is by timed ticket entry - we recommend booking your arrival time ticket online to ensure there is space and prepay to limit contact. We have allowed for additional cleaning and sanitizing in our facility throughout the day.
Online waivers should be completed ahead of your visit to limit on-site contact.
If you or your children are feeling unwell, have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days, have been asked to isolate or self-quarantine in the last 14 days, or been in contact with someone who has a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19, we kindly ask you to come back and visit us another day.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Mask wearing is an optional personal choice for all guests.
We may ask for you to wait in your car or outside in a safe spot until it is your scheduled time to support physical distancing.
Upon entering, hand sanitizer is provided for all guests.
Individuals exhibiting any signs of sickness or symptoms of fever, runny nose, cough, fever, sore throat or shortness of breath may not be admitted access.

IMPLEMENTING ENHANCED SAFETY AND CLEANING MEASURES

Floor markers and plexiglass barriers are in place in our reception area and cafe to promote physical distancing.
Visual reminders will placed throughout the City for physical distancing and proper hand hygiene.
Team members will encourage physical distancing and good hygiene with our little friends where they can.
Parent/guardian supervision is required in the City to encourage physical distancing.
We will have enhanced and more frequent cleaning and sanitizing protocols.
Partial removal of benches and seating in the City and in Munchies Cafe to allow for more physical distancing.

IF UNWELL, PLEASE STAY HOME

Anyone with a fever, cough, sore throat, or who has been exposed to or tested positive for COVID-19 or has been asked to quarantine or self-isolate within the last 14 days will have to come back another day.
