Join Busy Minds Ed. for Imagination in Motion, an active, kid-centric program designed for parents and tots aged 5 and under. Over five engaging sessions, this program enhances emotional and physical well-being through movement and mindfulness:
Little Yogis Academy: A movement-based yoga session that blends mindfulness with playful activities. Parents and children will stretch, move, and enjoy exercises specifically designed to be fun and supportive.
DanceFit Kids: A lively dance and fitness class where families can groove together to energetic music, fostering self-expression and a love of movement in a kid-friendly environment.
The Play Gym: A variety of non-competitive activities that promote physical play, helping children develop coordination and enjoy being active through fun, interactive experiences.
Each session is crafted to create joyful parent-child moments while promoting both physical activity and mindful engagement.
